Pizza Night

It was Lyndon's idea to make our own pizzas! The boys had a blast, and they actually tasted great! I am really hoping the boys will learn to love cooking so I can just sit back and enjoy the food!!!

Possible Future Job!

I found this picture of Logan today! He really wanted to figure out this breast pump! I could not help but think of The Office with the male breastfeeding consultant! Perhaps Logan could have a future career as such!

Fashion Forward!

Here at the Cook house, we consider our dress for the day very carefully. The boys are a bit daring with their choices, but we like to let them make their own choices for fashion. Lyndon is another story! As the blog grows, you will most likely see a large amount of pics of Lyndon wearing a gray t-shirt with ARMY across the front. Let me just say that it is most likely one of the 15 that he owns! He did actually serve in the Army...20 years ago! He loves them, and they are his choice for the day when he does not have to go to work, or when he gets home from work, or when he is doing yard work or when he is resting etc. So, we did not just pick a day and take a thousand pictures of him in the same shirt! Having said that, I have included a picture of Lyndon in his ARMY shirt for enjoyment!

Swim Classes!

Logan and Luke are both 4 weeks into their swim classes! We are very excited that they are doing so well, and they soon will be ready to try out for the next olympics! Above are some pictures displaying their skills!!!

The boys!

My boys (all three of them) are the light of my life! Yes, they wear me out, and they drive each other crazy, but they are kind and full of love. Logan, my 4-year-old, is a gentle soul who has a love for Star Wars, computer games, music and animals. He will give you a hug anytime, and he is very social! My youngest, Luke, is 2. He is a bit on the wild side! He loves cars, Scooby Doo, building things and then, of course, destroying them! He is a bit more stingy with hugs and kisses, but he loves to be held and loved on! He too loves music! My husband, Lyndon, is simply a good man! He is one of the very few men I know who can truly balance family and work. Lyndon is very easy-going, loves being around people, and he is always ready for company! He is also able to put up with my neurotic ways like no one else! He loves me for the way I am, period. Ok, so more on him later...for now, pictures!!!

First post!

So, I have finally decided to blog! I never really thought this was for me, but after seeing so many friends' blogs, I realized there is no better way to share our journey with friends and family! I also love the idea of creating something tailor made for my boys chronicling special events and everyday adventures! I named it All My Laundry because, well, I do a lot of laundry, and I think that I am a bit intense and dramatic at times, so I felt it fitting to fall into the Soap scene! However, I really want to keep this light-hearted and express my passion for my family rather than make this an outlet for my frustrations! I hope it inspires others to find the funny side of things and try not to take life (especially life with kids) so seriously! That has been the hardest lesson for me as a parent! God has given me two beautiful children to enjoy and teach. As it turns out, they are really teaching me quite a lot, and I am enjoying it!
